1、用途:
KH710型露天潜孔钻车采用新型液压技术,耗气量低,回转扭距大,移孔变位方便。同时滑架具有补偿功能,钻孔时滑架支撑在地面上,稳定性好。该钻车主要适用于露天采矿、道路修建、水利、电站等工程方面的凿岩工作。
1:USAGE:
The KH710model Down-The-Hole drilling rig uses new type of Hydraulic technology , low energy consumption ,large rotary torque ,convenient hole deflection .Meanwhile The drilling machine structure is compact, and the carriage has adjustable compensation function. When drilling, the carriage supported on the ground, borehole stability is good.
The drilling rig is mainly suitable for open mining, Road building water conservancy, power plants, and other Rock blasting whole drilling.

该钻车以双缸柴油机为动力。柴油机通过传动箱带动二只液压泵产生压力油,以此来驱动回转器(8)、推进机构(9)、行走驱动装置(20)和五支液压油缸(5、26、29、举钻杆架油缸)完成各种动作。从空压机供出的压缩空气进入冲击器(1),推动其中的活塞冲击钻头,完成岩石破碎,并在回转器和推进机构的作用下完成凿孔。岩渣在压缩空气作用下排出孔外。
This drilling rig is powered by two cylinder diesel engine . Through Gear Box, The diesel engine drives two hydraulic pumps to generate pressure oil(8), which also drives feed mechanism (9) , Propulsion mechanism (9) and Travel unit (20)and Five Hydraulic cylinders(5.26.29.Lifting drill pipe rack oil cylinder) to finish all kind of movement . The compressed air from the air compressor come into the DTH Hammer (1), push the piston impact the drill bit , break the rock, and also finished the drilling by the impact of the drive Rotator and Feeding mechanism. Rock slag is discharged from the hole under the action of compressed air .
各控制手柄的功能如下:The Funcation of various Control handles
1推进操纵阀(1421)上的手柄控制推进机构(9)的前进/后退和停止,进而通过链条控制回转器推进和提升。
1:The handle on the propulsion control valve controls the Forward/backward and stop of the propulsion mechanism(9),and also controls the rotary propulsion and lift through the Chain.
2 回转操纵阀(21)上的手柄控制回转器(8)正/反转和停止等动作。
2:The handle on the rotary control valve (2)control the Drive Rotator(8) positive/reverse and stop actions.
3 油缸操纵阀(23)上的手柄控制各个油缸伸缩,完成支臂、俯仰、摆角、补偿动作。
3:The handle on the cylinder control valve (23) controls the retraction of each cylinder to complete the arm, pitch, angle and compensation actions.
4行走操纵阀(20)、上的手柄控制整机前进、后退、转弯和刹车等动作。
4: The handle on the walking control valve (20) controls the machine forward, backward, turning and braking actions.
5 进气管路上的主气阀(12)作用是控制进气管路通断。
5:The main air valve (12) on the intake pipeline is to control the opening of the intake pipeline.
其他主要零件的功能如下:The functions of the other main parts are shown as follows :
1缷杆座(3)在钻孔时起定位作用,在缷杆时起支承作用。
1:Lift rod seat (3) in the drilling acts as a positioning role, in the unloading acts as a supporting role.
2 链条张紧机构(2)可以调节链条松紧程度。
2:Chain tension mechanism (2) can adjust the degree of chain tightness.
3油雾器(10)把润滑油成雾状喷入流动压缩空气,并随其润滑冲击器等。
3:The oil mist device (10) sprays the lubricating oil into the flowing compressed air, and lubricates the Impactor, etc.
4 空压机进气和沙漠空滤(30)过滤灰尘,给柴油机提供洁净空气。需要经常保养及更换。
4:Air compressor intake and desert air filter (30) filter dust to provide clean air for the diesel engine. Need for frequent maintenance and replacement.
5 散热器(35)右侧通过水循环冷却柴油机,左侧冷却液压系统。右侧需加水并注意水量和水温,冬季低温时停机后立即放水,以防冻裂。
5:The radiator (35) right side cooled diesel engine through water circulation and the hydraulic system on the left. On the right side, add water and pay attention to water quantity and water temperature. At low temperature in winter, release water immediately to prevent freezing and cracking.
6履带张紧机构(17)可以调节履带松紧程度。内部有一油缸,用高压黄油枪注入黄油则油缸伸长,松开接头放出黄油则油缸缩短。
6:The track tension mechanism (17) can adjust the track tightness degree. There is a cylinder inside, with the high pressure butter gun to inject the butter cylinder elongation, release the joint to release the butter, the cylinder is shortened.
